MAKE CHICKEN KULAMBU USING OUR

VIEGAS FOODS CHICKEN KULAMBU MASALA

REQUIRED ITEMS

200 g small onion, 150 g tomato, 50 g ginger & garlic paste, green chili (3 pcs), 50 ml oil, 1 pack of VIEGAS FOODS CHICKEN KOLABU MASALA, 400g chicken, coriander leaf for the final touch.

Take the grinding MIXER, Add 150g of tomato, 200g small onion, (3pcs)green chili, 50g of ginger

& garlic, 5g salt & grind it well like paste texture.

USING COOKER & MIXER METHOD

Take the COOKER, pour 50 ml of oil, then add the grinded paste with it & put 400g of chicken & add "V F CHICKEN KULAMBU MASALA" into it & mix it well.add garam masala for extra flavor.

Add 150ml of water, then check the salt & spicy add if it required, Then close the cooker and cook it till two whistles; finally, add some coriander leaf toppings.

your “VF CHICKEN KULAMBU” is ready to serve...

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a Cold, dry place away from direct sunlight in an opened condition.
