MAKE CHICKEN GRAVY USING OUR
VIEGAS FOODS CHICKEN GRAVY MASALA
REQUIRED ITEMS
200 g small onion, 150 g tomato, 50 g ginger & garlic paste, green chili (3 pcs), 50 ml oil, 1 pack of VIEGAS FOODS CHICKEN GRAVY MASALA, 500g chicken, coriander leaf for the final touch.
USING PAN/TAWA METHOD
Take TAWA, pour 50ml of oil, put 200g of chopped small onion, add 50g of ginger & garlic. Put (3pcs) greenchilli & put 5g salt mix it well till it turns reddish brown colour
Add 150g of tomato mix it, then put 500g chicken.
Put our “VIEGAS FOOD GRAVY MASALA” with it and pour 100 ml of water; add garam masala for extra flavor, then mix it well and check the salt & spicy add if it required.
Your “VF CHICKEN GRAVY” is ready to serve...
Close the lid for 5 min on medium flame. Heat till it
gets dry. Finally, add coriander leaf toppings.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store in a Cold, dry place away from direct sunlight in an opened condition.
Once opened keep air tight and consume within 15 days.
